The Fractured History of Draugrfell
Draugrfell is a continent shaped by war. Its rolling plains, mist-shrouded forests, and jagged mountain ranges bear scars from centuries of conflict. Long ago, it was not three kingdoms but a patchwork of feuding territories, each vying for control of the land's abundant resources and ancient magic. The wars left their mark not only on the landscape but on its people, who carry stories of bloodshed and heroism passed through the generations.
The Pax Aeterna, or Eternal Peace, was forged 300 years ago by the Treaty of Aethrandel, signed on neutral ground in the sacred city of Aethran. The three major kingdoms—Eryndor in the south, Nytheris in the north, and Helerion in the west—swore to uphold peace under the watchful gaze of the All-Grove, an ancient oak said to have been planted by the gods themselves. Yet, beneath the veneer of peace, resentment simmered. Ancient rivalries, grudges, and a hunger for power remained buried, waiting for a spark. The Kingdoms of Draugrfell
Eryndor: The southern kingdom is a land of verdant fields, vast vineyards, and bustling trade cities. Its people are known for their resilience and pragmatism, thriving under the rule of House Velarion, whose lineage claims descent from one of the first heroes to wield an aetherblade—magical swords forged in the fires of the earth. Eryndor’s armies are famed for their cavalry, while its mages excel in healing magic and protective wards.
Nytheris: The northern kingdom is harsh and unforgiving, dominated by frigid tundras, black pines, and snow-capped peaks. Its people are equally unyielding, surviving in the coldest reaches of Draugrfell. The ruling house, House Grimfall, is known for its stoicism and its connection to the Draugr—a type of undead said to rise in the frozen wastes when the dead are disturbed. Nytheris guards the northern borders fiercely, for beyond its icy cliffs lie whispers of unspeakable evil stirring in the shadows.Helerion: The western kingdom is a land of contrasts, where golden deserts meet sprawling forests and coastal cliffs. Ruled by House Astravar, its people are cunning traders and daring explorers. Helerion is rich in both material wealth and ancient ruins, remnants of an empire that ruled the west long before the kingdom was born. Its scholars and artificers seek to unlock the secrets of these ruins, often to dangerous ends. The Skylarks
The Skylarks are a nomadic tribe of dragon-riders who shun the kingdoms and their rigid hierarchies. They live on the fringes of society, their ever-shifting camps blending into the landscapes of the plains, forests, and mountains. Each dragon is bonded to its rider through a ritual involving skyfire crystals, rare gemstones said to fall from the stars. The Skylarks believe these crystals are the gifts of Kivara, the Windmother, a goddess of freedom and storms.
While the Skylarks are fiercely independent, their wisdom and strength are undeniable. Garrick Torvaldsson, the current leader, has forged a reputation as both a fearsome warrior and a shrewd negotiator. Yet, the Skylarks are not without their struggles. Rumors speak of dragon hunters in the west, and internal tensions grow as some members question their isolation from the wider world, especially as the shadow of war begins to loom once more. The Rising Threat
The peace of Draugrfell is fragile. In the north, dark forces stir in the ruins of Aethelmar, a city destroyed during the Age of Ashes. Survivors whisper of shadowed figures and unnatural storms haunting the ruins. In the west, the kingdom of Helerion has reported sightings of monstrous creatures in the forests, believed to be warped by ancient, forbidden magic. And in the south, Eryndor’s borders grow restless with tensions as villages report increasing raids by rogue factions claiming to fight for long-forgotten causes.
The old alliances falter, and the bonds of the Treaty of Aethrandel begin to fray. The kingdoms grow distrustful of one another, their rulers suspecting betrayal even as their enemies work from the shadows. The gods, long silent, have begun sending omens to their faithful—a blood moon over Nytheris, an unseasonal drought in Eryndor, and a star falling from the heavens over Helerion. The Call to War
The people of Draugrfell can feel it in the air: war is coming. Warriors sharpen their blades, mages prepare their spells, and spies weave their webs of intrigue. The Skylarks, watching from their distant camps, debate their role in what is to come. Some see this as a chance to reforge the continent, to become more than just outliers. Others fear being drawn into the kingdoms’ folly.
It is said that when Draugrfell falls into chaos, heroes will rise from the ashes. Whether they come from the kingdoms, the tribes, or the wilds remains to be seen. But one thing is certain: the peace that once defined this land is crumbling, and only the strong—or the cunning—will survive.

The Great Power War
80 years ago, the world was plunged into violence and chaos between reach ranks, also known as The Great War. It was a time when society was in shambles and absolute destruction as the balance of the ranks was tipped. For years before the wars, the unchecked wealth of power and economics set the alphas to be more power-hungry than ever. This war wasn’t only about the unchecked wealth and resources, but the power of pheromone influence. Alphas were the rulers, and Omegas were only seen as tools, vessels for procreation and sexual gratification. This dynamic was established on biological instincts, but the tension between those who had access to pheromone-enhancing technology and those who didn’t led to widespread inequalities. This system left the Betas and the emerging ranks of Gammas and Enigmas feeling oppressed and desperate for equality, which gave rise to widespread unrest.
Roles in the war:
Alphas - fought to maintain power and dominance over all, including Betas and Gammas to keep the “lower class” from gaining livable wages and resources such as housing, food, and happiness. This also included oppressing other Alphas within their own ranks.
Omegas - Fought against Alphas in the hopes to gain full reproductive rights to their own body, and to be able to choose who they are bound to.
Betas - While some fought beside the Alphas in the false pretenses of gaining some sort of equality with Alphas, others fought beside the omegas to protect them from the reproductive oppression they faced while also battling against the Alpha’s grasp on the world.
Gammas - Gammas were divided in their stance, they fought alongside all parties depending on which aligned with their own beliefs.
Enigmas - Enigmas, though a small percentage of the population fought against the alphas, not for equality, but to overthrow them.
The New Order
After 10 years of bloodshed, misery, torture, and anguish in per party, the war ended when an unlikely figure, Kaelen Valmont, a former Alpha leader of the Prime Dominion, brokered a peace treaty with the Omega Liberation Front and the Beta factions. Valmont realized the endless conflict was not sustainable and that the world would fall into chaos if the pheromone divide continued. With the help of a few neutral Enigmas and Gammas, who had a unique ability to resist pheromone influences, a fragile peace was negotiated.
This peace agreement established the Unified Order of the Pheromone Realms (UOPR), where a new structure of governance was created based on balance. While Alphas retained their leadership roles in most societies, Omegas were granted more autonomy, Betas were elevated to roles of power, and Gammas and Enigmas became vital in maintaining balance within this new structure. To ensure equality and order, the use of pheromone-enhancing drugs was banned, and organizations were formed to monitor and regulate pheromone use. The peace lasted for several decades, ushering in an era of prosperity, with many societies growing into well-regulated, safe havens where the pheromone hierarchy was largely accepted but moderated.Present SettingNow it’s the present day, in 2025 where every rank is held to maintain equality for all, regardless of second gender, race, or sex.The small coastal Town of Manzanita, Oregon, has always been a wonderful place to visit, whether for leisure or pleasure. It's a regular town by day, filled with a rich native American history that draws tourists far and wide from across the country. To the Pacific waves crashing upon its shores, the fresh seafood, small boutiques, motels, and hotels, it's the perfect playground for Alpha and its omegas to indulge in their deepest desires during the evening. To hidden executive Alpha organizations lying in the underground tunnels exploiting Omegas, to other organizations swearing to protect those who are vulnerable. This “haven” is not secure for all.The lovely coastal town of Manzanita is not the only town affected. Organizations such as The Crimson Ring and The Omega Bloodline Syndicate, their pockets lined with politicians' money, threaten to override global peace and tranquility with their backward thinking about omegas and their place within society. The threat to the peace made among the thousands of Alphas, Omegas, and Betas dangles by a thread as the equilibrium is threatened to be tipped once more. Will the people act before it’s too late? Or will the globe succumb to oppression and force once more?

Their operations are global, with ties to illegal reproductive operations, underground fights, and unregulated pheromone harvesting.

Leader: Valencia Mirabeau - A cold and calculating Gamma who built the organization from the ground up.
